As a remote working Virtual Assistant, I provide executive, administrative and operational support to small and large businesses. By removing the stress of day to day time consuming tasks, this allows you the time to focus on the aspects of your business that really matter.
ABOUT ME
Having obtained 20 years Board level Executive Assistant experience, I have combined and developed my skills into a simple virtual support solution for professionals. I offer to take responsibility for your administrative and operational needs, allowing you to focus your time and energy on the important aspects of your business to help drive it forward.
I am extremely organized and highly detail oriented, enjoy solving problems and am able to follow instructions. I have experience in customer service, verbal and written correspondence, IT, data entry and research.
Should the opportunity present itself, I am able to develop new processes and improve on current systems in order to increase your productivity and that of your business. Assign me a project and I will find a way to complete the task, either by a skill that I already possess or by being proactive and learning new ways to master the challenge!

HOW THE VIRTUAL ASSISTANT OFFERING WORKS
1. Schedule an initial discovery call with the potential client.*
2. Requirements, expectations and timeline for delivery are discussed on the call.
3. A brief proposal for services is presented to the client.
4. Once the proposal has been accepted, a start date can be agreed.
* Please note the initial discovery call is complimentary.
RATES
- £35 per hour
- £640 for 20 hours per month (reduced rate of £32.00 per hour)

Services are also offered on an on-site basis.
